Our guest rooms are located just a few kilometers from different lakes with plenty of fishes. We’ll be happy to show you the best places of the moment! Whether for a weekend or for a week, we have the formula that suits you to explore these waters.

We also suggest you to rent a fishing rod and reel in our home ( high end products from the Stucki brand), all in perfect condition at preferential rates. Travel light, without paying extra baggage for your fishing rod!

We also have high-end float tubes with fins and life jacket available for hire. For obvious hygienic reasons, we don’t rent waders. So remember to take your waders in your luggage!

A place to prepare your catch is available on the terrace of the Vivenda Descollaz; you can then easily freeze your fish fillets.

The fishing regulations in Portugal are really simple:

• • Fishing for walleye and carp is possible all year round; the fishing for barbel is closed from March 15 to June 15 inclusive and that for black bass from March 15 to May 15 inclusive.
• • The practice of no-kill is authorized except for walleye. It’s prohibited to transport, keep alive or release zander.
• • Fishing with dead or alive fish is totally prohibited.

Your catches: cod, pollack, redfish, haddock, stonefish and of course the lord of these waters: halibut.

Fishing season: we recommend planning your stay from June to mid-September, it is during this period that the climatic and fishing conditions are the best.

Our accommodation: comfortable, the lodge is designed to accommodate up to 4 fishermen, a double room, a triple room, shower and WC, equipped kitchen, bathroom linen, room for preparing your catch, large freezer.

The boat: perfectly designed to ride on the Arctic Ocean, the Arronet 23 ‘is equipped with a 150CV engine, depth sounder, GPS, life jackets, anchor, fish box…
