On request, we will pick you up and / or drive you to Lisbon airport.
Is it possible to come with other people?
It is not possible to invite friends and / or family to share our house when they haven’t made a reservation.
Is it possible to eat in the rooms of the house?
Our guest rooms are “Bed and Breakfast", so there is no possibility to have meals in the rooms.
Are the rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?
The rooms at Vivenda Descollaz are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility; however, Casa dos Pescadores is fully accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
Does your home have a smoking area?
Vivenda Descollaz and Casa dos Pescadores are entirely non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the terrace at Vivenda Descollaz.
At what time is it possible to access our room?
At both Vivenda Descollaz and Casa dos Pescadores, check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Is it possible to come with our pets?
Pets are not allowed, because there are animals on site.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Do I have to advance the reservation money?
We require a deposit of 50%, upon booking, except for a two night stay, where we ask for payment in full of the first night as deposit.
The balance must be paid no later than the day of your arrival.
What happens if a reservation is cancelled?
In case of cancellation from your side, less than 10 days before the beginning of the stay and for whatever reason, the deposit can not be refunded.
What happens if I leave the accommodation before the end of my stay?
Any stay started is due in full. No rate reduction is applied for a shortened stay.
Is Evora far away from Falcoeiras?
Evora is located about 35 minutes drive from Falcoeiras.
How far is the nearest town?
Reguengos de Monsaraz is located just 7km from Vivenda Descollaz
Is the pool heated?
Because of high temperatures in the spring and summer, the pool is not heated.
How can I pay at Vivenda Descollaz?
You can pay either cash in Euros or by bank transfer.
Where is the nearest beach?
The praia of Monsaraz is only 20 minutes drive from the Vivenda Descollaz. It’s a beach of fine sand, perfectly maintained with a very large free parking, on the banks of Alqueva lake.
