Our pool is secured by a barrier but young children stay under the vigilance of their parents. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool.

Our guest rooms are “Bed and Breakfast", so there is no possibility to have meals in the rooms.

No, the rooms are not adapted to welcome people with reduced mobility.

No, the Vivenda Descollaz is completely non-smoking.

Our rooms are available from 15.00hours and must be left on the day of your departure before 12.00hours.

Pets are not allowed, because there are animals on site.

Minimum stay: 2 nights

We require a deposit of 50%, upon booking, except for a two night stay, where we ask for payment in full of the first night as deposit.

The balance must be paid no later than the day of your arrival.

In case of cancellation from your side, less than 10 days before the beginning of the stay and for whatever reason, the deposit can not be refunded.

Any stay started is due in full. No rate reduction is applied for a shortened stay.

Evora is located about 35 minutes drive from Falcoeiras.

Reguengos de Monsaraz is located just 7km from Vivenda Descollaz. You can even get there with the bikes at your disposal.

Because of high temperatures in the spring and summer, the pool is not heated.

You can pay in cash, by Paypal, by bank transfer or by Stripe.

The praia of Monsaraz is only 20 minutes drive from the Vivenda Descollaz. It’s a beach of fine sand, perfectly maintained with a very large free parking, on the banks of Alqueva lake.

There is no daily fishing license but only weekly, monthly or annual fishing licenses. Cost between € 20 and € 60 depending on the period of validity of the license chosen. The fishing license allows you to fish all the surrounding lakes and dams where they’re plenty of black bass and walleye. Big carps and very combative barbs await you there too.
