For your holidays, we suggest you stay in our charming Oliveira room, inspired by the surrounding countryside and its olive groves. There are 2 single beds 190 x 80 fitted with quality bedding and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The independent air conditioning will be appreciated during summer. The calm and green tone of the Oliveira room invites you to relax and chill. Enjoy the view of the olive groves from your ground-floor room on the garden side. Free WiFi and a flat-screen SAT-TV fit also the Oliveira room. You will find a hairdryer, homemade and organic soap, bath towels for a 100% comfortable stay. Cancellation
In case of cancellation from your side less than 7 days before the beginning of your stay and except in exceptional circumstances, the deposit cannot be refunded. Any stay started is fully due. No price reduction will be applied for a shortened stay.

• It isn't possible to invite friends and / or family to share our house when they haven't made a booking.
• Our guest rooms are "Bed and Breakfast", there is no possibility of taking meals in the rooms.
• The rooms are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
• The Vivenda Descollaz is entirely non-smoking.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The balance is to be paid no later than the day of your arrival.
